Community Resource Directory Available

Four Corners Health Department is excited to announce that a district-wide resource directory is now available on-line at their website, www.fourcorners.ne.gov, click on Resource Directory.  Health related community resources are available in one comprehensive guide for Butler, Polk, Seward, and York counties.

Once at the site, one can perform searches by county, service type, or agency name.  If interested in a hard copy of the directory or you’d like your agency, program, or organization included, please contact Four Corners at 402-362-2621 or 877-337-3573.  We want to assure that the directory is as complete as possible, so if you know of agencies not included, please let us know so that we can contact them and include their information.  Our hope is that the community finds the directory to be current and user-friendly.
